At Lion OTT, we provide digital IPTV services. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the service is activated.

Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds after subscription activation.
• Refunds are not available for partially used subscriptions.
• We strongly recommend using our free trial before purchasing a subscription.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where:

• The service was not activated at all.
• A technical issue occurred from our side and could not be resolved.

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
